Warranty
Customer have 30 days after the purchase has been made to return any product.
We would accept a product return and process refunds under the following conditions:
- The product is complete. (Including all the accessories and instruction manual)
- The product is well packed in the original package.
Return cost paid by the customer unless it is a problem cause by us like: receiving the wrong item or defective product.
Once you decide to return, please contact marketing02@onlyfireoutdoor.com with your email and order ID, we will help with the rest. We reply within 2 business days.
The refund will be processed once we have received your product and checked the conditions of it.
