Refund and Return Policy

Customer have 30 days after the purchase has been made to return any product.

We would accept a product return and process refunds under the following conditions:

1. The product is complete. (Including all the accessories and instruction manual)
2. The product is well packed in the original package.
 
You will have to pay for the return cost unless the return is caused by our fault, for example: receiving the wrong item, defective product.
 
Once you decide to return, please contact our customer service email and provide your order ID, we will help you with the return once we received your message. Normally, we will reply to your return request within 2 business days.
