Onlyfire Universal BBQ Griddle with Handles, 18" x 12.6"

I bought the smaller size to fit my two-burner Coleman camp stove. I was surprised at how thick the griddle is, but it turns out the open design with the "fins" underneath is very effective for even heat distribution.I first used this over two burners on my glass-topped electric stove. I performed the ultimate test: pancakes. If you've experienced "camping pancakes," then you know what I mean. Burned on one edge, uncooked in the middle...This griddle distributes the heat pretty evenly. My test began with a cold griddle and some bacon slices, so I could watch how the surface heated up.(I was surprised to learn how unmatched my electric burners really are, when the little burner end heated up more quickly than the bigger burner. That explains a lot. I had to adjust the burner settings to get the griddle ends both cooking at the same rate. However, this means that I can have a hot end and a cooler end for moving foods around.) The surface took a few minutes to heat up, which is perfect for sweating out bacon fat. The pancakes cooked fairly evenly, once I figured out how high to dial the burners.The second stove-top experiment was smash-burger sliders. Excellent! We used 93% lean meat, which seared nicely and didn't stick. Clean-up was easy with dish soap and hot water. We like to use a metallic mesh dish cloth.The griddle went camping. Unfortunately, we were missing a part for the Coleman stove, and wound up buying a tiny BassPro table-top stove. The griddle, balanced on the little stove, performed well. We were able to cook up a mess of hashbrowns, which came out nicely crisped. Eggs over-easy can be a challenge, but this griddle delivered.The smaller griddle is easy to clean in the kitchen sink. While camping, we were able to wipe it down pretty well. The non-stick coating makes cleanup easy.You could use this on a rack over a campfire. It might be a chore cleaning the smoke residue from the back.The handles are easy to install and remove for flat storage. You need potholders to grab them, as they do get hot. I was able to hand-tighten and remove the nuts, but I will probably replace them with thumbscrews.The thickness of the griddle makes it a little bulky for packing, if your space is tight, but it performs very well.

I have been wanting to get a Blackstone grill for quite some time, solely for the flat top grilling capability, but I just didn't want to spend the money and add yet another large item to my outdoor cooking arsenal. I've got a smaller griddle that I use but it had porcelain paint on it and caught on fire - lol guess it wasn't supposed to be in so much heat! So when I found this griddle on Amazon, I jumped at it! Ohhhhh maaaan! Now, I pride myself on being a darned good cook but this tool has really expanded what I can do!The griddle has a coating on it, making it really tough for your food to stick. In fact, my grill is a little off balance and leans to the front a bit, my onions were slipping around and I had to catch a few. I cooked some salmon on it and it came out perfect, heat distribution is awesome. The griddle is pretty heavy, very sturdy and has a nice grease catch tray. Use heat gloves when using the handles (duh!). This really makes me feel like I'm cooking like a pro!

Has some weight to it, which is good , keeps itIn place, nice non stick coating, which we keep seasoned, easy to clean, just beware to use mildnon abrasive cleaners, and to eliminate chance ofRust store inside, very little clean up to grill.We love it! ??????????

This very well build griddle heats uo very evenly even with minimal burners. It doesn't feel cheap with its thick material. Great size allows me to to cook meals for a family of 5 with leftovers. Great quality for the cost, our new favorite camping item.

Used to cook burgers and then eggs, bacon and hash browns. No sticking on the griddle and best part was no warping. We used on a two burner bbq, so had to remove the handles to shut the lid, although could not shut fully. Once the unit cooled, we put the handles back on to transport. Definately worth the purchase for us

It's very thick so it takes a while to get up to high heat but when it does, it works really well.

Used this with a 3 in 1 smoker, charcoal, gas grill from Pit Boss. This is the perfect size to slide in to the gas side and turn it into a griddle. I used it for smashburgers. There are 3 burners on on the grill and I had all 3 at max. The griddle heated through evenly. I was able to smash a burger patty down on it easy and nothing stuck to the griddle or was difficult to clean up. After I was done I did a simple hand wash and then threw it in the oven and wiped it down with some vegetable oil. Its sparkling like new after the cook! This is going to be great for my grilling.

Use it on my outdoor BBQ grill for breakfast and salmon, diced potatoes, etc. Perfect fit, love the drip tray, great value.

This bad boy is nice and heavy duty as it is needed for cooking over the campfire which it does nicely. Would recommend having a set of gloves available for protection since this thing holds a lot of heat. Overall, it behaves the same as any griddle and requires the same clean-up and care to keep rust at bay.We are enjoying some campfire cooking for sure.

This griddle is wonderful for summer or winter. I've been using it on my stove while waiting the hot weather. And it has been working out great. The non-stick surface cooks food evenly and makes clean up a cinch. It has raised edges to prevent grease from sliding off and making a mess. Awesome product.

I had to leave the handles off to fit my grill, but that is not a problem.Easy cleanup.

This is a very sturdy feeling BBQ grill surface. Quite heavy. Stainless steel handles, non-stick coating finish. Venting along both sides and the bottom is raised for improved heat distribution. Well made, looking forward to warmer weather to try this out.

This is one of the highest quality products I've received from Amazon in a long time. The griddle is a good size large enough to be useful but small enough that it can fit on many different barbecues or smokers. I'm really impressed with the materials used for this griddle. As can be seen in my pictures the griddle is made of a heavy gauge plate steel. On the underside of the griddle, you can see that the manufacturer has gone to great lengths to apply good support to the griddle surface to ensure that the product is strong and sturdy. The griddle has some significant weight to it and feels like it will last a lifetime. I'm also really impressed with the fact that the griddle surface is pre-seasoned, so that it is non-stick right out of the box. Normally, you have to season the cooking surface yourself. The care that the manufacturer has gone to apply parchment paper to the griddle surface so that the nonstick coating is protected during shipping also shows great attention to detail. The drip tray is also a nice feature and will ensure that your grill stays clean. This is a high-quality product that is definitely worth the money. You will have no regrets buying this griddle!

This is a heavy duty griddle that fits well on my Pit Boss pellet grill. Having it has greatly expanded the types of food I am now able to cook on my grill. It heats evenly and everything I put on it has cooked evenly and nicely. It cleans up well too. I have no complaints. I have wanted a griddle for a long time and am not disappointed with this one.

This is a solid griddle for your BBQ or camp cooking setup. I got this for camping. It fits my stove perfectly. The metal is thick. The handles are super convenient and I love the grease tray that will actually trap the grease rather than letting it go wherever. I look forward to a full camping season with this griddle. So happy to find this! This griddle turns my gas grill into a black stone so now I have the best of both worlds in one unit. The griddle came just as shown and is very heavy duty and well made. Perfect!

Non stick griddle with secure handles converted my grill into a lunch station today.Sturdy construction - well made with big grease trough.Works really well - made my lunch with ease: Hash Browns, Bacon and Eggs was much quicker and easier than in the kitchen!
