Rotisserie Pineapple Dessert
Ingredients
1 whole pineapple, peeled and cored
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Instructions
1. Prepare the pineapple
Insert the pineapple onto the rotisserie spit rod.
2. Make the glaze
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
3. Brush the pineapple
Coat the pineapple evenly with the glaze.
4. Rotisserie cook
Grill over medium heat for 20–30 minutes, rotating slowly until caramelized.
5. Serve
Slice the pineapple and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
